Service

We usually can have a Service Technician onsite withing 24 hours sometimes even same day. There may be times however that we cannot be onsite that quickly and we will do our best to be onsite as soon as possible.

Our service team is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Rate updates can be purchased through Quadient Customer Care team.

In most cases the rate update will be automatically downloaded to your postage machine. Rate Protection is part of your agreement when you lease your equipment

Every 90 days for the IN/IM/IS series machines requires it to connect to the Quadient Funding Server to ensure the meter is valid. Without this USPS regulations require it to be lock after 90 days of no communication with that server.

For the IX series machine, USPS regulations require those machines to connect within 72 hours or they will be locked.

MyQuadient is an online portal that allows you do manage your funding accounts, Meters and additional online applications (Neostats, Neoship) In order to create an account you will need to go to Myquadient.com and click on register now. You will need to know your Customer number, Funding account number and your meter serial number.

Supplies

  1. We charge a flat rate for shipping of $12
  2. We ship most item through USPS
  3. Upon Special Request we can ship FedEx ground
  4. We do not offer UPS Shipping
  1. Orders usually ship the same day you submit your order
  2. There will be sometimes where your item cannot be shipped until the next day
  3. Depending on the distance the Item must travel, delivery is usually 1-3 days.
  1. We sell Authentic Quadient inks
  2. We offer 2 types, Standard and High Capacity.
  3. Most customers will be fine with the standard capacity ink, however customers that print large volumes of mail will find it cost effective to order the High Capacity Ink.

Invoices

Periodically we must adjust our prices due to increase in the cost of goods. We do everything in our power to keep our prices fair, reasonable, and competitive with supplies and service.

Postage

  1. Checking the amount of postage left on your machine is simple. Most of the machine will tell you on the main screen what funds are available for use
  2. On the machines that do not have that, simply push the button that has the coins and go to option #1 which will say Funds Used/Fund Available. This screen shows how much postage has been ran through the machine as well as how much funds are available for postage.
  1. Adding postage to your machine requires the machine to be connected to the Internet or a phone line
  2. Once that is completed, click on the button that has coins on it.
  3. Press option 2 that says add Funds
  4. Enter the amount you would like to add (if there is already an amount on there just click ok, or to change that amount, press the C button on the keypad to remove the amount)
  5. Wait until the machine says transaction successful. Do not be alarmed at the amount that is listed at this screen, this is not the amount of postage you added to the machine, it is amount left in your account that you an download onto the postage machine.
